By accessing or using the website located at kailuainsulation.com (the "Site"), or by requesting or receiving services from Advanced Kailua Insulation ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to the Site and to all customers who engage Advanced Kailua Insulation for insulation or related services. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Advanced Kailua Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation and related services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal, in Kailua, HI and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a prior on-site assessment. We reserve the right to decline a project if site conditions make safe or effective service delivery impractical. The specific scope of each service engagement is defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer before work begins.
Estimates provided by Advanced Kailua Insulation are based on information available at the time of assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing may differ from an estimate if site conditions, required scope, or materials differ from what was observed or described during the initial assessment.
We will notify you of any material change to the estimated price before proceeding with additional work beyond the originally agreed scope. You have the right to accept or decline any change in scope before it is performed.
Prices quoted do not include applicable taxes or permit fees unless specifically stated in writing. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled times. If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances, we will notify you as promptly as possible and offer an alternative time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and mobilization costs. Any applicable cancellation fee will be disclosed in the service agreement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, permit delays, or material supply disruptions.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment methods as specified at the time of service.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. The deposit amount and conditions for refund or application to the final balance will be stated in the service agreement.
Past-due amounts may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, and the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, if collection becomes necessary.
Advanced Kailua Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty on materials or workmanship will be stated in the written service agreement. Warranty coverage, if provided, applies only to work performed by Advanced Kailua Insulation and does not extend to damage caused by subsequent modifications, misuse, acts of nature, pest intrusion, or conditions outside the scope of our work.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms of the applicable manufacturer. We will assist customers in understanding applicable manufacturer warranty terms where relevant.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced Kailua Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your reliance on information provided on the Site, or any service engagement with us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or submitting inquiries. You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has safe and legal access to the property and work areas on the scheduled service date.
Where our work requires you to vacate the property or remove items from the work area, you agree to follow the guidance provided by our team. We are not responsible for damage to property that was not cleared from the work area as instructed prior to service.
Where a building permit is required for work performed by Advanced Kailua Insulation, we will inform you before work begins and will manage the permit process with the applicable authority. Permit fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. We perform all work in compliance with applicable building codes and regulations in Hawaii.
All content on this Site - including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout - is the property of Advanced Kailua Insulation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern about our services or a billing matter, please contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to address it.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted to the Site. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
